Merchandise Total Rate

Shipping is based upon 'Standard Flat Rate Shipping' Current Prices (Subject to USPS, or UPS Changes), at a 3.9% Rate of Total Amount Due.  Also, ALL transactions are subject to an 8.5% Tax, if you reside in Illinois.  Other States Local Sales tax will be applied, to their purchases.  Any taxation has been taken into account, when the pricing, of all items for sale, were computed. 


Priority, Next Day, or 2nd Day Air Express Delivery Rates Request - PLEASE, DO NOT PAY, UNTIL I SEND YOU AN INVOICE

NOTE: Orders requesting Next Day or 2nd Day delivery must be received at Bear "Heart" Bottoms, Etc. no later than 11:30 a.m. CT, for shipping the same day.
Contiguous USA only; cannot ship to PO boxes. Items with “Shipping Restrictions” cannot ship using Express Delivery services.
Priority Delivery Rates—Standard Flat Rate Shipping + $5 (Allow 3-7 days)
2nd Day Delivery Rates—Standard Flat Rate Shipping + $25

International Buyers:  I welcome your business; however, YOU are responsible for all International Customs, laws, tariffs, taxes, etc., in regard to YOUR Country! Your Country laws are YOUR responsibility!

U.S - Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive, as I am just one person.  If it will take longer; I will let you know.  International - your delivery will be longer; possibly, 2 to 3 weeks.  If anyone need their order for a special occasion, please, order; at least, one month, or more, in advance.

Bear "Heart" Bottoms, Etc. Return Policy

First, you must contact Bear "Heart" Bottoms, Etc. within three days of receipt of your order.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless you have received the wrong product.

Damaged products must be returned and will be exchanged with 'same' like item, as possible; since each product is unique, when made.  Any item claimed to be damaged: however, if it appears to had been soiled, handled/ mishandled, or destroyed, irresponsibly, in any way, by the customer; IT IS NOT RETURNABLE!

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an order is cancelled after it has been processed, it is considered a return and will be subject to a restocking fee.  Patterns ARE NOT returnable, nor refundable (in some circumstances, that is not of the customer's doings, if one comes up; a credit, for my online store, will be offered, instead).

You will need a BEAR (Beary Easy Account Return) number before returning any products. Returns without a BEAR will not be accepted. Please contact me (HERE) to request a BEAR.  After receiving a BEAR, your returns must be received within 14 days.


Terms of Sale 

I advertise that all of my items are 'UNIQUE;' I cannot, and will not, attempt to create an 100% exact item!   And, therefore, my products are sold AS-IS. If a picture of a product is unclear to you, or you have any questions at all, about one, PLEASE ASK before you buy.  I strive to earn an 100% star rating on every transaction.  If for any reason you feel that I have not earned one, please let me know (HERE); so that I have the opportunity to correct the problem, if I am made aware that there is one, and earn it from you, and other customers. 

 I ACCEPT PAYPAL, ONLY, AND ASK THAT YOU PAY, WITHIN 3 DAYS, after purchasing; UNLESS YOU CONTACT ME AND WE MUTUALLY AGREE ON EXTENDING THE PAYMENT TIME.  I NOW SHIP WORLDWIDE, AND USUALLY SHIP NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.  INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, just to reiterate ... 

PLEASE NOTE:  IMPORT DUTIES, TAXES, AND CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ITEM PRICE OR SHIPPING COST. THESE CHARGES ARE THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.  PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S CUSTOMS OFFICE TO DETERMINE WHAT THESE ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE PRIOR TO BUYING. I ALWAYS OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES SO PLEASE REQUEST AN INVOICE, BEFORE PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES WHEN YOU, SEPARATELY, BUY MORE THAN ONE ITEM, FROM ME.   

If you pay, before, I send you a combined invoice you may pay too much for shipping. I mail a large amount of packages each week, so I cannot guarantee that I will see it if you pay for your items, individually, before I combine your invoice for them. I want to give you the best shipping rate possible so if I do happen to see that you have won multiple items, before I mail your packages, I will package your items together and refund the difference.  I send out invoices on Sunday afternoon or evening (Central Standard Time).  If you are finished shopping for the weekend, and would like an invoice sooner, please send me an invoice request (HERE); and I will do my best to get it to you right away. 

I appreciate your patience, as it takes some time, to package each purchase for mailing.   When shipping, I add a small fee, per package, charge to the actual cost of mailing in order to cover my supply and handling costs.  If you buy more than one item and request combined shipping, you will pay that handling cost only once no matter how many items are in the package. I don’t charge an additional “per item” handling fee and I don’t attempt to profit from my shipping charges. I MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO PACKAGE CAREFULLY AND TO SHIP PROMPTLY.
